Our new Yearly Employment Satisfaction Assessment has been purpose-built to replace traditional annual engagement surveys that too often fail to drive meaningful action.

Across organisations, we consistently see engagement surveys treated as a “tick-the-box” exercise—producing data that isn’t actionable and asking questions leaders aren’t resourced or empowered to act on.

Collaborating with Doctors of HR and major Universities to develop this assessment we have been able to measure employment satisfaction and deliver actionable recommendations to make sustainable change organisation wide.
