THE PROCESS:
INTRODUCTION
We take 45 minutes to introduce you to EQ, take you through exercises to get you in the right space and map out the next steps for the assessment.
2. ASSESSMENT
The assessment is then completed by participants using the online system. This assessment provides comprehensive information to allow us to create tailored development plans.
3. DEBRIEF
180: 1 hour debrief OR 360: 90 minute debrief
Each assessment is accompanied by a full, easy to read report and the debrief session is used to explain and work through the report findings.
